From the 153rd General Assembly, this Act amends Title 30 to create a state Electricity Production Tax Credit (EPTC) to incentivize the construction and operation of up to three high-efficiency Combined-Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) facilities in Delaware. Eligible facilities must generate between 100–500 MW, use natural gas, hydrogen, or landfill gas, and meet strict permitting and labor standards. The bill aims to expand clean, reliable energy while offsetting corporate tax liability for qualifying producers.
