House Bill 4

Jeffrey N. Spiegelman

From the 153rd General Assembly, this Act amends Title 7 to reflect changes in the legal definition of firearms. While archery equipment and air guns are no longer classified as firearms under Title 11, HB 4 ensures that certain safety-related restrictions still apply. These include prohibitions on discharging projectile weapons from vehicles, roads, or within designated safety zones—preserving public safety despite the reclassification.
