State Representative Shannon Morris of Wyoming was first elected in 2018 to represent in the Delaware House of Representatives the citizens of the 30th District, which includes the areas of Farmington, Felton, and Harrington.
As a member of the House, Rep. Morris serves on the following standing House committees: Agriculture; Public Safety & Homeland Security; Corrections; Transportation, Land Use & Infrastructure; Telecommunication Internet & Technology; Gaming & Parimutuels; and Veterans Affairs.
Rep. Morris’ membership affiliations outside the General Assembly include the following: Member of National Rifle Association (NRA); Member of Delaware State Sportsmen’s Association (DSSA); President of Delaware Building Officials Association (DBOA); Accredited by American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE); Member of Lower Delaware & Maryland Building Officials Association (LDMBOA); Member of International Code Council (ICC); and Member of Masonic Union Lodge #7 and Grand Lodge of Delaware.
Rep. Morris is the Chief Code Enforcement Officer for Kent County Levy Court.
