House Bill 90 – House Amendment 1

From the 153rd General Assembly, this Act, as amended, updates the governance of the Sussex County Vocational-Technical High School District by removing outdated statutory restrictions. However, House Amendment 1 narrowed the scope by eliminating the tax-related changes, leaving existing tax limitations in place.
