From the 153rd General Assembly, this Act amends Title 16 by expanding the Delaware Suicide Prevention Coalition by adding two Governor-appointed members: one who has experienced suicide ideation or survived a suicide attempt, and one who has lost a loved one to suicide. This change, requested by the Coalition, ensures lived experience is represented in statewide suicide prevention efforts.
