From the 153rd General Assembly, this Act amends Title 29 expanding funding options for the Delaware Volunteer Fire Service Revolving Loan Fund. In addition to General Assembly appropriations, the Fund may now receive donations from individuals, corporations, charitable organizations, and counties. County-specific contributions must be used to support fire companies within that county. The amendment clarifies corporate eligibility, corrects technical language, and sets the Act’s effective date 90 days post-enactment.
